We, the Lasting Laos project, are extending avenues for MSMEs and nascent entrepreneurs within the tourism sector who are inventive and environmentally aware to collaborate with us in catalyzing transformation in the Lao tourism industry by championing the circular economy and Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP).🌎♻️Sectors within the tourism industry value chain, such as: 🏨and restaurants, ✈️Tour companies, 🍱Food and beverage, 🚚Transportation and logistics, Cultural tourism services, and Agro-food processing.

 Textiles and handicrafts with sustainable (eco-friendly) production processes

 Innovative alternatives to help eliminate single-use plastics

Other sectors related to the circular economy in tourismBusinesses located in: Vientiane Capital, Vang Vieng, Luang Prabang, and Champasak.

  Group 1: Businesses holding a valid Lasting Laos Certificate or Travelife certification.

Group 2: Young entrepreneurs (aged 18-35) with green business concepts within the tourism sector.

  Special Note: Women-led enterprises will be given special consideration.
