Cá sấu New Guinea (Crocodylus novaeguineae) là một loài cá sấu trong họ Crocodylidae. Loài này được Schmidt mô tả khoa học đầu tiên năm 1928.

Cây phát sinh loài bên dưới dựa theo nghiên cứu 201 của Robert W. Meredith, Evon R. Hekkala, George Amato và John Gatesy.
