The current land use is predominantly rice paddy land.The project aligns with the construction planning under the Tri Ton General Urban Master Plan toward 2035, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2059/QD-UBND dated Oct 29, 2020.The project is currently being integrated into lower-level and specialized planning schemes. These updates are slated for completion by 2025, establishing full eligibility for formal investment procedures.
